What can I buy on TopupNest?
You can buy data and airtime for supported Nigerian networks. Electricity, cable TV and education services will be available as each provider is approved and enabled.
How do I fund my wallet?
Open Wallet, enter an amount and continue to Paystack. Your balance is credited only after TopupNest verifies a successful payment.
How quickly are purchases delivered?
Most purchases complete within moments. Network or provider delays can leave an order pending while we check its final status.
What should I do if my order is pending?
Do not repeat the purchase. Open History to check its status. Contact support with the transaction reference if it remains pending.
Can I reverse a successful recharge?
A recharge delivered to the number you confirmed is normally irreversible. Check the number, network and amount carefully before paying.
What data bundle types are available?
Available types depend on the network and may include SME, Corporate, Gifting, Share, Awoof and special bundles. The type and validity are shown before purchase.
Is my card information stored by TopupNest?
No. Paystack handles card details on its secure payment page. TopupNest stores only the reference, amount and result needed for wallet reconciliation.
How do refunds work?
Eligible failed purchases are refunded to your TopupNest wallet after the supplier confirms failure. See the Refund Policy for details.
