1. Using TopupNest
You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and use TopupNest only for lawful transactions. You are responsible for activity completed through your account unless you report unauthorised access promptly.
2. Reviewing transaction details
Confirm the network, phone number, meter number, smart-card number, product and amount before paying. A successfully delivered service to the details you confirmed cannot usually be reversed.
3. Wallet funding
Your wallet is a stored balance for purchasing services on TopupNest. Wallet funding is credited only after payment verification. It is not a bank account, does not earn interest and must not be used for prohibited activity.
4. Prices and availability
Prices, discounts and service availability may change when network operators or suppliers update their products. The price displayed on the confirmation screen is the price that applies to that purchase.
5. Delivery
Most services are delivered quickly, but operator or supplier delays can occur. A pending transaction should not be repeated until its final status is known. We may recheck a transaction with the supplier before issuing a refund.
6. Refunds
Failed eligible purchases are returned to the customer’s TopupNest wallet after verification. Please read our Refund Policy for timing and exclusions.
7. Account restrictions
We may temporarily restrict an account to investigate suspected fraud, chargebacks, abuse, unlawful activity or threats to the service. We may request reasonable information to verify account ownership or a disputed transaction.
8. Service responsibility
TopupNest connects customers to third-party payment and service providers. We are responsible for processing orders with reasonable care, but cannot control network outages, provider maintenance or inaccurate information submitted by a customer.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as TopupNest or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future transactions.
